Sarah has over 30 years experience in the beauty industry as a licensed Esthetician and certified specialist in Cosmetic & Paramedical Micropigmentation. Her passion for her work is exciting --- Sarah’s use of Color Theory, Facial Geometry, Design/Application, Skin Health and Wound Healing, Anatomy & Physiology are a part of any procedure she performs, whether it is for a woman seeking a more youthful image, or it is to correct a feature previously distorted by accident or illness.

Sarah has trained under several top artists in the Medical Tattooing and Permanent Cosmetics industry, obtaining advanced certifications. She is Bloodborne Pathogens Certified to keep you safe from spread of disease. Sarah practices in a clean, safe, and sterilized environment that has been inspected and permitted by the Broward County Health Department.

I have enjoyed the eyebrows that Sara Oliver, Permanent Makeup Artist, applied more than 15 years ago. I am over 60, have lost most of my eyebrow hair, but the pigment is still intact. There aren't quite enough words to describe the level of greatness to which Sarah works. I had past issues with severe ink allergies, therefore was very hesitant, to say the least, to have an individual tattoo on my face. On a whim I had Sarah do my "full lips" about seven years ago. It was and has been truly transforming. My upper lip wasn't prominent at all...my new lips are so much more pronounced.
